Kept going to school getting a BA and two MAs (which stand for masochist). Taught in Connecticut and Detroit, married, and moved across the country teaching in Utah while spouse got degree. Became a freeway flyer, teaching at various community colleges here in San Diego until landing a rare position at SD Community College. I used to dream of living in CA, and I can hardly believe I actually ended up retiring here.
