What have you been up to since you graduated?
Been quite a journey - lots of ups and downs, but saving the best for last. Loved attending U of O and playing tennis for the Ducks and then going to the University of Utah College of Law. Clerked for a Utah Supreme Court justice and then joined a big law firm specializing in complex business litigation. Terrible way to live and very difficult on families. Left firm to do some small business deals and had solo practice for small businesses. Got to manage a plastic surgery practice, a new dental practice, then went back into law helping other small firms in big cases. Got a Masters Degree in Christian Apologetics from Talbot School of Theology in 2018 - a program much more difficult than law school.
Now teaching part time at my church and serving as the Director of Legal Affairs for Utah Behavior Services, Inc. (we serve over 2,200 kids with autism and their families through 8 clinics throughout Utah) - should be retired, but this job is too much fun and rewarding! On the down side, went through 2 divorces - first marriage was a victim of my over-dedication to the law practice, the second involved a wife who became schizophrenic and a danger to me (and our pets) which sadly required a divorce for safety reasons.
