Passed away Feb. 20, 2008 in Burley, Idaho at age 72. He had lived in Burns, Oregon for 30 years before returning to Burley in September of 2005. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, daughters: Brenda, Juanie, Toni, Laura and Melanie and son Richard Jr. He had 13 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Sorry to hear this about Richard. I talked with him several times in Burns, Oregon. He had been quite influential in the gasoline transportation industry at one time as I recall. He still had various plans regarding projects there but we all probably have projects or dreams we never complete. I do have fond memories of the times we visited there.
