The "Committee" received the following letter after trying to contact Jan at her last known address: "My husband and I bought this house (925 Saddlehorn) about four years ago. Jan Miller had passed away with cancer and Jack sold the house to us and went back to California to be near his daughter. He had emphysema and died fairly soon after moving back to California. His obituary was in the local paper here and he was buried in Sedona. I wish there was better news.....Signed Mary Bruce
Jan was one of my best friends in highschool. We found out that we were living near each other after we both had our first child. I lost touch with her after I moved away to Michigan. May she rest in peace.
I always liked Jan from the first time I met her. I will admit that I had a crush on her, but she always had eyes for Jim Aldritch. I did get a kiss from her at the all night grad party, and I cherish that memory.
