Lou, you had the best, most uninhibited laughter. I loved to say weird stuff just to see your eyes light up and hear you laugh. Every conversation with you was uplifting. You are remembered in my heart and soul.
Lou was a good friend of mine at McClatchy. I think we may have gone to Joaquin Miller Junior High School together also. If I remember correctly, Lou was killed in a motorcycle accident on Fruitridge Road the summer of 1960 after we graduated. A good guy, with a great sense of humor, fun to be around.
