The following is from the Neptune Society website (September, 2024):
It is with great sadness that the family of Jesse Oxman announce his passing on September 14, 2024. Born on October 23, 1942, in Sacramento, California, Jesse was a lifelong resident of Sacramento. He served his country as a Marine.
His working career started as manager of a men's fine clothing store in Sacramento and then, in the 1980's, he opened his own real estate company. He met his loving wife Cindy and together they started their own dream business by opening a very successful pawn and jewelry shop named "Time to Remember Jewelry and Loan". After working hard for 28 years in the business, they both retired and enjoyed their life together. Jesse was a lover of golf and water volleyball and was a knowledgeable enthusiast of jewelry and coins.
Lovingly remembered and survived by his wife Cindy of 39 years, his sister Sonia, sister-in-law Nancy and her husband Rob, niece Sherry and her husband Darrin, and niece Mikayla and his loving dog Callie.
A Celebration of Life will be announced soon.
