Gregory Soligan 83 years old of Lodi Ca. Passed away 3/15/2026.
Gregory Soligan was born 2/27/1943 in Sacramento, Ca.
Parents: Harold Soligan; Rose D'Costa Soligan
Married to Carole Crawford Soligan 1966
Education: C K McClatchy class of 1960 AA degree from Sacramento City College. Attended Hayward State University. Member of the US Army; Honorable Discharge 1968.
Greg Worked for Glidden Paint Co as a zone manager for 23 years before opening his own paint & window covering store "Valley Paints" in 1990. He also owned and ran The Merlot Banquet Hall for 20 years. Greg was a member of the Triple X Armenian fraternity club, Lodi Lions club, the SIRS club, and volunteered at Meals on Wheels.
Greg had a wonderful sense of humor, and always appreciated a good joke. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
Proceeded in death by his parents: Harold & Rose Soligan
Survived by: wife Carole Soligan, Daughters Lori Soligan, Kelly LaMattina, Grandchildren Kelsey Van Wagner, Samuel Eigenberger, Emma Eigenberger, Elliot Eigenberger, Sister Linda Sprecher, and many nieces & nephews.

So sad to hear of your passing. It was a pleasure knowing and going to school with you starting with our Sutter Union Elementary School. Also, being in the boy scouts going on camping trips with all of us riding on back of a truck and sharing a tent with you. Those were the good ol' days that I vividly remember. Please rest in peace.
