Beverly Monk Cole

I have been married to Marlon for 33 years (wow sounds like a long time but seems like yesterday)-we have lived in numerous towns across Texas (from Gunter to the Rio Grande Valley) I have 4 great kids and now have started the grandkid thing and love it! I was a stay at home mom until my last kid started to school ( and with 14 years between the oldest and youngest that was a while) since I started working I worked for CompUSA and have been with NT Logistics for over 9 years.

Don't know if I have a favorite memory but I do remember the fun (having Jeff try to copy off my papers) and the exciting(Bobby getting shot in his truck) - mostly though I realize as I have gotten older what a great place we had to grow up and the stability we had there from our friends, our parents and the teachers. I really appreciated Mr Sharp- he was a calm :) influence- Mrs Cordell was funny and hard but also taught me a lot.
I also remember how each of us were trying to grow up and find our niche - we were all very different but I guess that was what made it interesting! Looking back I realize how much everyone meant to me and I hope that life has been good to everyone in the Class of '76
