I am so enjoying retirement, other than the Pandemic, I mean. I am a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), volunteer with SMART, Crossing Party Lines, on the Outreach & Justice Commission at church, and Immigrant Welcoming Committee. I enjoy walking, Neskowin, reading, my English Springer Spaniel, gardening and my Book Club. All of my volunteering is presently virtual, which comes with its own joys and frustrations.

I hope we have a new Reunion every few years as we are all getting older.

I'm not sure what you mean because we're on the same side. I know Ben was a very careful driver.I certainly didn't mean to imply otherwise.

 I'm so sorry to hear about Ben's death. He was our paperboy for years and lived not too far away. I lost track of him in Jr. High and High School, but won't forget his smile and positive spirit. By the way, I don't like the above description because it makes it sound like he ran off a curve on purpose...

The loss of Penny saddens me. I was Debbie’s roommate my freshman year in college and met Penny through her. She had a way of looking at you that really took you in. Thoughtful, mindful, fiercely intelligent. She will be missed.
