I've been retired since 1999. I enjoy the outdoors. I'm an avid hiker and backpacker. I enjoy astrophotography and photography. Widower (my wife of almost 40 years, Elaine, died in 2020 of pancreatic cancer).
School Story:

I graduated with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 1978 from Arizona State. I worked two years as a Post Doc. I worked for Kodak for six years in the research labs. In 1986, I started a chemistry software company. This company was sold in 1996. I owned and managed two commercial properties, an office building and retail center in Grand Junction Colorado.

Chemsitry, University of Utah, Ph.D. Organic Chemistry, Arizona State University, 2 years as Faculty Research Associate at Arizona State Unversity, 6 years at Eastman Kodak Research Laboratories, 10 years created start-up chemistry software company - SoftShell, sold to Bio-Rad Laboratories, 3 years at Bio-Rad, real estate investor, retired. Mission for LDS Church - California Irvine Mission. Five children. 14 Grandchildren. Enjoy astrophotography, photography, backpacking, canyoneering, hiking, nature.
