Robbie lived his life with unbridled passion, combined with his rare gifts of physical strength, a pure heart and unequalled competitive drive. All who were blessed to know him, knew of his tender kindness and depth of trust. Whether it was Robbie wrestling and winning well above his weight, or controlling opposing D-linemen, or putting a crushing block of a middle line-backer, we ALL knew him most for his gift of true brotherhood, his humor and genuine friendship. He always shared the best of what he had. He brought laughter and joy to all who knew him. We loved associating with him one on one, right up to recent years. Jan and I send our sincere wishes of love and inner peace to his family and loved ones he leaves behind. Truly, Robbie was a GOAT Center and trusted friend to ALL! Love ya, Robbie ... off to realms of glory !!

Anytime I see a photo of Jim, I remember his infectious laugh that I always enjoyed, especially in our homeroom our Sophomore year where we were seated alphabetically.
Love and miss you Jim!

Many unforgettable memories of times together with Erv! How will any of us forget his generosity in moving us all over Salt Lake in his red MG? The unselfish, pure heart of Erv Terry was a source great laughs, and so many indelible memories. Can't you just hear Erv's infectious laugh and see the smile on his face. He always was interested in everyone else and had a genuine sense of goodness and empathy for each of us -- truly a maturity and judgement well beyond his high school age.
A few years ago, we created one more lasting memory on a Saturday evening where Erv heard I was at a certain location in Anchorage at a private dinner. I reached out to Erv with the remote possiblilty he would even get the invitation. He arrived from clear across town, told someone at the door that he was there to see his old high school friend, and we quickly prepared a spot at the head table for Erv. For the next 2 hours, we caught up on life in Alaska, Brown bears, hunting and fishing forays, his great sons and their lives and had one of the most memorable Saturday evenings of my life! How great to just catch up with this great friend! I had no idea that he was struggling with some physical limitations -- he was SO into the outdoor life of Alaska! I regret that I was not there to be of any assistance in these final years of his life.
Linda was the consummate care giver to Erv. She was at his side these past two years in St George where she and their supportive sons provided love and care. So sorry to have missed being in St George today to celebrate his 70 wonderful years in a memorial service. Jan and I have thought about him all day and send our love to Linda and the family. Oh, how we will miss the joy of this great highschool friend and classmate!
