Norman Robinson Obituary
Norman D. Robinson
1945 ~ 2024
Our loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend received his angel wings on July 15, 2024 surrounded by family, friends, and neighbors.
Norm was born on September 24, 1945 at Holy Cross Hospital to William L. and Bonnie Lee Robinson. The day Norm was born his father was serving in the military on the beaches of Normandy, France, hence the name.
Norm received his education through the Salt Lake City school district where he met his best friend and sweetheart, Lynda Corak, at Highland High School.
Norm and Lynda were married on July 23, 1966. Norm served on the Salt Lake City Police Department in various capacities. Though the absolute highlight of Norm's service were his years in the Motorcycle Unit.
Norm and Lynda were blessed with three individually unique and devoted children: Norman D. II, Chris (Elle), Mila-Le (Micah); grandchildren, Erin (Christopher) Hollingsworth, Tiffany (Mike) Jenkins, Jeremiah (Bailee), Nathanael, David, Carly (Nathaniel), Lauren, Sabrina, Peter, Luke, and seven great grandchildren. Norm is also survived by his brother, Dan (Chris), many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Charlotte Nagy, Marcia Corak, Ron Burno, Jennifer Robinson, and sister-in-law Mila Mitchell have been especially loving and supportive.
Special thanks to Intermountain Health Care, Rose and Ellen from Aspire Hospice, dear friend, Trevelle, that has assisted the entire family in this journey and other family members before.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at St Ann Catholic Church 2100 South 5th East, Salt Lake City, UT, July 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm with a visitation at 12:30 pm prior to the mass. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn 1300 South 2300 East Salt Lake City, UT. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to St Ann Catholic Church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Starks Funeral Parlor. Please visit www.Starksfuneral.com to share photos and memories with Norm's family.

Hello Rams! I'm definitely late posting our May Lunch, and WOW, there are a lot of photos, including a MUGSHOT of our Ram Lunch gang, at least most of the regulars! Are you one of those shots? We've all changed a bit in some 50++ years, but the agreed upon attitude is, who cares? We're alive and here having lunch together! Enjoy these photos, Class of '66 Ram Friends! Hope to see you in June!
