I love it when folks continue to play their instruments after high school. Our oldest granddaughter played violin in the Alamo Heights orchestra (and middle school,l and I don't think she's played since. She'll graduate from UTSA School of Business 8n the spring. She's a full-time permanent employee at Central Mkt and hopes to move into the corporate office downtown when she graduates.

My mother was from Arkansas. A little town named Dierks. Do you know it?

Even though Efrain taught school for 35 years, I don't think he ever owned a home computer.  He didn't join any of our class websites, instead preferring to call and chat to keep up with what was going on, and receive his reunion invitations in the mail.  We will surely miss this good man, who was so dedicated to his HHS classmates that he never missed a reunion.  RIP, Efrain.

Rebekah Searcy Daughtrey passed away 6 January 2010 in San Antonio.

Bruce Ridgway passed away from cancer July 13, 2011.  Information provided by his brother Mike, HHS '67.

Shirley Moran Mauer, husband Robert Michael, passed away April 4, 1993 in Richmond, Texas from cancer.  Information provided by Alan Van Ostenbridge.

Diane Roose Brinkman passed away November 22, 2007 in San Antonio.  Brother Don and his wife Kay live in The Woodlands.

Information provided by a classmate indicates that Freddie Johnson passed away in Vietnam in March, 1968 in a helicopter crash, and that his remains were never found.

John Wilkerson passed away from cancer, February 21, 2006.

Information provided indicates Gary Warner passed away in 2001, and is buried near Ft Bragg, NC, and that he was a retired CW2.

Prior to his father's death, whose obituary mentions Claude's predeceasing him.  15 May 1994 in San Antonio, Texas.

G.W. Hood passed away in February 2011.  His widow provided the information when she received the reunion notice in March of that year.

Information provided indicates that Roy Gaspard passed away in Phoenix, Arizona, in the late 1980's from a heart attack.
