2013 Thanksgiving

On November 28, 2013 the first big reunion of the Fitzharris Clan in several years took place at Suzi and John's home in Mill Valley. Included were Brian's fiancee, Missy Alpert, and her mother, Barbara. The picture on the Home Page was taken that day on the Chelini deck. Unfortunately, the Whalen branch of the Clan has started its own tradition and weren't present.

There were so many people that we had to resort back to having some folks eat at the dining room table, rather than everyone congregating in the garage!

Accommodations were varied. Tim, Annette, Brian, Missy and Barbara stayed in a time share arranged by Brian in San Francisco. Christine used her influence to get suites at the Four Seasons in San Francisco for her family and Heather's. Valerie and I stayed with Suzi and John, along with Colleen and Tisha's family.

On Friday, many of us met at Pier 39 for lunch at Bubba Gump's. Then, we went our separate ways, some exploring the City while Valerie and I visited Sausilito.

On Saturday, Tim's crowd dropped by Suzi's for a visit on their way to the Wine Country. And the Southern Fitz's caravaned back to the Los Angeles area.

It was great seeing everyone! Like old times, but with no one sleeping on the floor ...
