Steele Street Methodist Church
In some round about way, I've come across the history of the Steele Street Methodist Church written by Matie Humphries, our longtime neighbor on Endor Street. Matie was church secretary for many years and quite a wonderful artist. Im guessing the sketches included in the church history are hers.
Many of us have fond memories of Steele Street and her history makes mention of lots of people I remember from my own childhood as many are parents of the Classes of 1960-1961. I thought I would share it with the Class. ~ Sylvia Vick Hewitt
