What a blessing to apart this gathering of Sailors again. Other than being a mother and wife, I've been managing my fitness business: Fit By Design PGP Inc. for the past 22 years. Prior to my business after graduating from the University of Florida, I move to New York City and became a Case Worker with NYC's Administration for Children's Service (ACS) where I designed Curriculums for their Independent Living Skills Department for youth in Group Homes and Kinship Forster Homes. I was also an Addiction Treatment Specialist for ACS, helping at risk youth of substance abuse.
