after high school, i graduated from armstrong & worked as a paralegal, and then went to work for savannah christian church, where i met my husband, who is the college/gen-X pastor. we have a service in the old savannah theatre downtown every sunday and minister to college kids, and single & married young adults, and we have a blast! we also have 3 daughters, dava - who is 5 and ellie & samantha (twins who are 4)...yes, they're only 14 months apart, and no, we had no idea what we were doing. its like having triplets. one of our twins, samantha, was born with a severe neurological brain defect, and we were told there was probably no way she would survive. however, she's 4 now & although she's pretty developmentally delayed, she's catching up! she's had brain surgery, skull transplant surgery & somewhere near about 5 other surgeries/procedures, but she's a trooper & way too much fun. she's got a great personality & we have a blast with her! the other 2 love taking care of their little sister - our house is loud & fun! and i'm convinced that i'm in for a world of payback now that i've been "blessed" with 3 little girls. how i wish i would have behaved...now i just work 2 days a week for a pharmaceutical company, visiting doctors offices & managing our pharmacies.
