After high school I attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, where I met my husband, Marty. I went on to Washington University Medical where I earned my masters in Physical Therapy. I practiced as a PT for almost 10 year and was the Clinical Coordinator for Outpatient Rehabilitation. During that time my first two children were born while we lived in St. Louis, MO. My favorite aspect of my PT job was teaching people to use artificial limbs and the biomechanics behind their operation. Therefore, in 2000, I went back to school at Northwestern University Medical School and am now a Certified Prosthetist, designing and making artificial limbs. Three years ago my family moved to Michigan where I keep busy not only with work but soccer coaching, ski club, and many other activities with the kids. Luckily my parents, who just retired, also moved to Michigan last year.
Just pulled out the photo books and scrap books from high school today...I think I saved everything! (Let me know if there is anything special anyone is looking for a copy of.) Lots of great memories even though I was only at Windsor for two years!
