Ashley Johnson

Since high school I did a brief time in the Navy. Should have known that my smart mouth and sense of humor would be even less appreciated there than in Mr MacDonald's class!
Moved to Seattle, WA in 1997 and graduated from the Diver's Institute of Technology.
Got a job and moved to Louisiana and worked for a year for a company called Cal-Dive doing offshore work on oil rigs and pipelines for oil companies. (Unfortunately, this was when gas was still barely over $1.00/gallon) Work was sporadic, and Morgan City, LA sucked. (Imagine living in the worst part of Savannah, and then consider that to most residents of Morgan City, that was high falutin' living!)
After that, moved back to Charlotte, and met the girl of my dreams. Settled down and have two beautiful kids. Kaiah, my daughter, is about to turn 6 in June, and my son Keegan (Or Dr. Destructo, as he is known throughout the family!) just turned a year and a half this month. I now fully believe in the curse that your children will turn out to be just like you! They both already run me ragged! Of course, I wouldn't trade them for the world!
Missed a lot of people I would have loved to have seen at the 10 year reunion, but saw lots of people I have missed since high school. Hope to see many more of you this year!

Sometimes I think the years I had the most fun were in high school! I remember skipping lunch with Carter, Alan, and Joey. Getting busted by Coach Poodlehead for nearly running him over trying to escape for lunch one day! And then getting busted by Mrs Gregory for leaving during bathroom break to run to Circle K while Joey, Carter and I were supposed to be in ISS! We had some girl write us a note supposedly from Mr Shaw, and she misspelled "their" as "there"! Not a mistake an AP Lit teacher would make!
I remember rolling the school, and Jr/Sr Egg Wars. Running from the cops in Kemp Kennedy's Suburban, and of course the parties he always had when his parents left town! At one of them, Chris Salling tried to do a backflip off the trampoline and landed on his back in the yard!
Dusty, I remember our close call with death in your MG!
I could go on forever I think! I could write a book, but the only people that would read it would be the few of us involved, that actually graduated with the ability to read! LOL!
