Carter Napier

After graduating high school and doing a year or so at Armstrong, I served an LDS mission in the Charlotte, NC area. From there I went to school at Brigham Young University. I received my MPA and went to work in local government in Wyoming where I have been ever since. I am located about 2.5 hours southeast of Yellowstone. I convinced my lovely bride, Randi, to marry me in 1994 and we have 4 wonderful children together (only 5 more to go! Just kidding). If any of you find yourself passing through on the way to Jackson or Yellowstone, please stop in the city hall in Riverton and say hello!

Working at the Days Inn as a bellhop or whatever during my last two years of high school was really alot of fun. Darby showed me the ropes and many of you came to visit. Good times.
