Martin Henderson

Vivian and I have been married since 1971. Except for a period of time from 1978 to 1982 when we resided in Cumberland MD, we have lived in the Pittsburgh PA area since 1969.

From 1978 until I retired in 2007 I was employed by the Defense Contract Management Agency, an agency of the DoD. During the earlier years of that employment I inspected and tested products such as solid propellant missile motors, electronic gizmos, and submarine flasks. Later I provided technical assistance to others performing inspection/test. During the latter years my job title was Program Analyst, sort of an efficiency expert. I accept that it might be fair for one to chuckle at the thought of efficiency in the context of the government bureaucracy.
