I did not want to sound pessimistic Mimi- there are lots of things that can be done step by step that build confidence through shared experiences. Just being there and listening is a huge one.

Micros credits- are a good route. I've worked with a few Women's Cooperatives in Mexico that might be a transferable model.

We are now at a new place in the Iraq post war process- people like Mimi are asking "how can I help". We can't just flex our muscles overseas- we have to help with the transition.

An interesting group I worked with grew out of the Ireland Peace Process group- US Vietnahm vets, Viet refugees and Viet students in the US traveled to Vietnahm together. Helped to remove mines and plant trees in the former minefields.

Relationships were built, some renewed and for some of the vets- rough scars became more manageable.

People....I am flattered...but no need to "vote".

I can't have anything to do with the whole Gilligan thing!

My agent wouldn't even look at the script....

Besides, I have long ago committed to the roll of "Reese"......The last I heard..Lisa had accepted the roll of "Sara Connor".....and she is "booked".

We have a very tight schedule. We will be re-shooting the
"pipe bomb scene"......and frankly, when we are done...I don't think she's going to have the energy to take on another roll!

(But who am I to say...?)

Cayce Evans (Newton) Robert, Went to the movies with my daughter, Lindsey tonight and there was a preview for a new Terminator movie with Christian Bale. Should I expect to see Lisa in it?

Hey...I was looking at your pic...."hard to believe its been 10 years">

Do you remember (how could you forget) the trip in to the canyon...Buckskin Pass....up to Lee's Ferry...and Phil and his party got caught in Buckskin Pass with a raging "flash flood?". (that was awesome) We thought that they were dead. But it was Phil's "dream come true".

The "Party in Page". I don't know of a luckier pair, me and you.

We had contact with five different "officers of the law"...all of whom were different, in a matter of 30 minutes.....and a very short walk back to the hotel.

I remember when I was hanging on to the bathroom widow bars (two floors up) when the cops knocked on the door and searched the place. Page's finest....didn't find me.:)

The Havasupai trip with "McGyve"....The Lord has "saved our butts"....numerous times..."most would have perished".( I was clippen on a mountain road three weeks ago and dumped it as the momentum carried me off a "cliff".

I definately prefer the part of "Sara Connor" over "Ginger". Sara is strong, smart, and misunderstood..an easy part for me to slip into. Just a short skit being Ginger would be fun though!..but Robert's right, I'm pretty booked.

So we will meet up in a couple weeks.. cant wait. lets see Sixty Degrees North.
I got name up in Iceland when Phil Googy and I were up there kayaking in 2004. We had a cool time kyaking in the fijords..( is that rite ?...or is it FORDS)...lol we were up there and 66 north is the artic circle and Reykavik is at 60 north...sooo there you have it.... I could have made up some thing like...we were breaking through a concrete wall saving some children from a burning building and the people where crying as the walls started to cave in...crying hopelessly..they watched then Phil and I tried to contact you but only remembered that my great grand father told us a story of the Indian child in the artic who........you can fill in the balnks..LOL
Any cant wait to see all of you. Thanks for letting me..US be a part of the big nite..Cheers! Rauno
