Mary Hasquet Wagner

After graduating from MSU Bozeman in 1979, I took a job teaching Mathematics at Havre High School. Met and married Daniel Wagner in 1981. Daughter, Lisa, was born in 1982, is married to Andy Anderson, teaches mathematics in Missoula. Daughter Julie, born in 1984, married Lance Reesor, teaches mathematics in Great Falls. Sons Gary, born in 1986, and Billy, born in 1989 both play football at Carroll College in Helena. Daughter, Danielle, is in the 6th grade in Havre. Daughter, Abby, died shortly after birth in 1999.

Best memories at Shelby High School were winning the State Cross Country championship in 1971 and being part of the gymnastic team where we got to jump on the trampoline. Mr. Schilling, my science teacher, was my favorite teacher. Miss Bozedog, our PE teacher and cross country coach, was very tough and I never really appreciated her until long after graduation.
Other fond memories are the Saturday "Playdays" we used to have where the gym was like a big playground and we played basketball, volleyball, and other sports.
We used to always get out of school for basketball tournaments and mom and dad always let us go to the games, even when we were in grade school.
