Mark Avant (1985) Yep, I bought it cause it looked like Gene Simmon's bass. It was from Sear's, so not a SG. Never really got as good as I wanted to on it.

I moved to East End in the 4th grade. I think Damon followed when I transferred to Sheridan Middle School. I couldn't handle the Iron Fist of Schrader at East End. By the way, I have a boatload of stories about East End Elementary. We even had a fraternity of boys who could only join the club if you were paddled by a homemade plexiglass paddle (Gordy Atchley's handiwork) that we hid in a hole in the side of the old schoolhouse. What a great club! No benefits and a beating to get in.
