Shane Hansel

I was always the shy quiet type in school so 90% of you probably don't remember me, but for those of you that do here is what I have been up to. After graduation I didn't really do anything other than work until 1990. I enlisted in the Air Force and traveled around most of the world. I got married in 1992 and have since had 6 children (three boys and three girls). When I finally got tired of always being deployed I got out of the military and moved to Wichita, Kansas. I have worked in the aviation industry since I became a civilian again (1999) and have really enjoyed it. I work in the experimental division at Cessna and I work on designing, building, testing and certifying new aircraft designs. I am usually responsible for the prototyes and the first 2 production aircraft. Also any new changes or systems to be incorporated on existing aircraft models. I had planned on attending the 20 yr, but had some last minute things come up which didn't allow me to make it. Maybe next time.:)
