Describe where the Mexican Restaurant is so people don't get lost - also HELL yeah we're wearing Christmas clothes LOL I can't wait to get gussied up in my finest green and red ha ha ha

The Mexican Restaurant is located in the north end of New Martinsville........As you go North on Rt. 2 you will pass a grave yard on your left and right side of the road. Keep going to the red light at Mayos Exxon and turn right into the plaza. Make a left and you'll drive right into the Restaurant. Jeni are you stopping here first? Heck yea I'm wearing a christmas shirt and bringing my sock for exchange. Be ready to be lit up....
LETS MEET AT THE RESTAURANT AT NOON IF THATS OK WITH EVERYONE.

OMG! It's now official... We have become our mothers (+ maybe our grandmothers)... Just kidding... I guess the good news is that we will be able to easily identify one another by our gaudy attire:>)

Pam Fox (Roberts)

Isn't it funny how we use to say "OH MOM THAT LOOKS DUMB" yep looks like we've become our mothers and grandmothers. Can't wait to see everyone. This will be lots of fun. Wish Bobby and Bob could be with us, but Bob is overseas and Bobby never replied.

Hey Pam - I'll stop at your place first and we can ride to the restaurant together. :)

Pam Fox (Roberts)

Sounds great Jeni, I'll be watching for you. After we eat we can all come back here and raise a li'll hexx.

Hey I just realized I've eaten at that restaurant before - yummmmmmm. Hope the weather doesn't turn bad -

Pam Fox (Roberts)

Well the weather sure sucks here. What usually takes me 35-40 minutes to get home from work took me 1 hour and 25 minutes tonight. Roads were slushy and turning to ice, and wouldn't you know it......there were idiots passing me like crazy....on down the road 2 of which were in the ditch. A wreck in front of Bayer plant and one on Rt. 180 hill. BUT its suppose to warm up tomorrow after this crap passes thru. So lets keep our fingers crossed. Jeni, did you eat at the Mexican Restaurant lately? The guys that were running it all got sent to jail.....Illegals. Now some new mexicans came in and reopened. Its way better now.

WEATHER HERE SUCKS AND IT'S NOT OVER YET FOR SE OHIO. I'M GOING TO TRY AND GET AN EARLY START. I'D PLANNED ON STOPPING AT KOHLS ON MY WAY. THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE , THEY LEFT OUT A PAIR OF STEELER SLIPPER SOCKS I PURCHASED. MUST RETRIEVE BEFOR CHRISTMAS. THERE'S A COUPLE OF DIEHARD FANS AT THIS HOUSE. HOPEFULLY, I'LL SEE YOU ALL TOMORROW. EVERYBODY BE CAREFULL!!

12/16/08 08:57 AM #123

Pam Fox (Roberts)

Yes please everyone be very careful. I watched news this morning and its suppose to keep snowing and at some point in time possibly turn into rain. So I'll have another long night back down Rt. 2 after work.
Rose, you'd better pick up those Steeler socks, cause those Steeler Fans may end up hidding your car keys if you don't. lol Congrats to all you Steeler Fans. My 2 favorite teams are the Colts and the Giants. I like the Manning brothers, but only the Colts won this week.

Well hey, it's 7:19 on Thursday morning and it looks like it will be rainy, but not snowy so I'll be over to get Pam and see you girls at the Mexican Restaurant. Rose - drive carefully! I have tried to call Sherry twice and can't get an answer at her house, darn it. We'll just have to take lots of pictures and post them, then people will know that we're a fun bunch and want to join us for the next get-together. See you girls soon!

Hi all - Rose, Sheila and Pam - it was great getting together today - especially just sitting in Pam's kitchen shooting the breeze. I am looking forward to doing this more often. Rose and I stopped to see Terry Cline, and that was nice, too. I'll be working on getting our pictures posted on here. :)

I agree, lets plan another. I really enjoyed setting here and talking to you all. It was so nice to see you 3 again, and lunch was good. Next time I promise to have coffee, but Jeni you have to make it.....lol Maybe if the next one is here too, we could do it on a Thursday and that way I could make a batch of Lasaguna or we could each bring a covered dish. How does that sound? I know Sheila is a vegetarian so I would fix her something without meat. I also hope we can get others to come the next time.

I'm having a "celebrate that the holiday season is over" party on Friday, Jan 2 - if anyone wants to come to Morgantown, you're invited, and I'll put you up so you don't have to drive home. Starts at 7:00 - BYOB and a munchie, we'll be playing the Wii and hopefully Seinfeld trivia. Happy New Year to Everyone!
