Gwen Kosikowski Powers

Well lets see... After graduation I was going to college for Dental Hygiene, had my son in 1989 and graduated in 1991. I have been working in the Dover area since then. I got married in 1996, divorced a couple of years later (and actually WANTED to change back to my maiden name). I have been in the same dental practice in Dover since 1992. I love to travel and take every opportunity possible to put another stamp in my passport.

I grew up in the Smyrna area, going to Smyrna Elementary and one year at the Middle School before my dad was transfered to Offutt AFB in Nebraska for 4 years, by the time we moved back I only spent my Junior and Senior years at SHS, so I don't have as many memories as some others may have. I have some fond memories of helping behind the scenes for Grease and having a ball dressing up as the California Raisins for Halloween with Tracy, Bernadette, Melissa and a couple of others I haven't seen since graduating. Working on floats and the yearbook were fun as well. Crusing the parking lot on Friday and Saturday nights, getting rides to and from school with Jane (where are you Jane H.??) My all time scariest memory is showing up for Drivers Ed and realizing my driving partner was a "little" wasted... you know who you are.. I will never tell!!!!
