Stephanie Hoehne (Burnett)

I dug up some old pics and finally posted them : )

Kathy Gibson (Rivera)

The hair in Stephanie's pictures is priceless!

And do any of the other women find it as fabulous as I do that so many of the guys have daughters? ;-)

03/21/08 11:31 AM #54

Kristi Loveland (Kulik)

And the daughters have the guys wrapped around their little fingers!!! Priceless!

03/21/08 10:49 PM #55

Steve Strecker

There isn't anything wrong with being wrapped around our respective daughters' fingers, is there?

03/22/08 12:52 PM #56

Kristi Loveland (Kulik)

No...it's adorable!!!

03/24/08 10:18 AM #57

Kathy Gibson (Rivera)

No, Steve, not at all! We just think it's cute to see all you guys taken down by such tiny little females.

Oh, I've been reminded of a high school story...Next time you take your girls to go putt-putt golfing, make sure you dance to Chaka Khan with them in the parking lot while the others in your van look on in horror/embarassment. ;-)

03/24/08 11:48 AM #58

Stephanie Hoehne (Burnett)

HA!! I just asked Strecker to sing Chaka Khan the other day (he demurred). I didn't know there was a dance too! I remember he was pretty good at Boyz II Men also... I'm thinking our class might need a few encores at the reunion.

03/24/08 11:49 AM #59

Stephanie Hoehne (Burnett)

And then maybe all the guys can sing
I'm A Little Teapot with their daughters : )

Brian Gierlack

Check out the picture Darren posted of Kyle's day at Silver Lake Sand Dunes. It's pretty unbelievable, but true.

Yeah...Chakakan was a big favorite of mine in high school. Actually is wasn't a favorite. I just loved that Porath would be mad every time the song came on. Me dancing only made it better. Yes, I still love to dance. Fortunately I now have a 4 year old that I can dance and act silly with.

03/26/08 09:57 AM #63

Matt Porath

That stupid song drives me nuts to this day.

I hope you feel good about torturing me, Steve... probably makes you feel like a big man.

Mike Mann

Gierlack - that picture at the dunes is nuts!

I would have loved to have seen the after picture. ;-) That had to have not been pretty.

Mr. Mann.
I came up with an award for you. "The Human Clone" award. So far, my nominees are Tracey (Deakins) Trower for her spitting image Kirsten and Jeff Ashe for his 1/3 scale female replica Olivia.

Jeffery Ashe

Thanks for the nomination Dennis I would be proud to take that award home...scary thing is she has my sense of humor too....Amanda and I are hoping she will grow out of it!

Just in case you didn't see the announcement listed on the Home Page - we have set the date for our 15 year reunion. It is going to be the weekend of October 3rd - 5th, 2008. More details will come as soon as they are finalized.

We hope that everyone blocks this weekend off and plans to attend the events!

Kristi Loveland (Kulik)

Is that Homecoming or Pumpkinfest weekend?

03/31/08 08:26 PM #70

Steve Strecker

I believe it is Pumpkinfest weekend. Any immediate concerns about that?

04/01/08 11:37 AM #71

Kristi Loveland (Kulik)

Not at all...that's when I usually see everyone! LOL

Just wanted to let everyone know there was an article in the Herald about Christina Heikkkinen. Here's the link, they are going through some rough times and need our help.

I just read that article. Rough times is an understatement for what that family is going through. They are living a nightmare. I hope she can pull through it.

I recall my Mother telling me she saw an article in the paper about this. Are they accepting donations? I'd appreciate information on where I can send a donation from my company. Thanks!

Oh, and I hope everyone is doing well!

Hi all,

You can send Kristina your support and prayers directly via www.carepages.com under the name KristinaRogers (No space between names.) I believe there is also info regarding how to donate. I saw that several of our classmates have been on the site and it would be really great if as many of us as possible got on to let her know we are thinking of her. She is an extremely brave woman!

www.carepages.com is an excellent site. Her sister has been giving updates daily...sometimes twice a day. Kristina is an amazing woman and lets all keep her in our prayers!
