Larissa and I are unable to meet on the 23rd. We are both available the 27-29th. we would love to meet up with anyone available. Let us know which date works for you and we will try to work it out. If nothing else we can meet at my apartment for drinks. Thanks, Christa
Martha & I are not going to make it tonight, sad to say. I will certainly post any pics that you send. Have a great time tonight, be safe and...MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all!
Well, I had fully intended to come tonight, but after 10 hours of travelling, including 3 hours driving from Columbus to Springboro, I'm sorry to say that I'm not going to make it. I realize that probably nobody will see this before the event, but the roads are just too nasty. I've seen several near accidents and lots of accidents on the Interstates. Sorry Cathy! I really wanted to see everybody.
Hi Brad! So sorry you couldn't make it last night, it would have been great to see you. I totally understand though, a lot of folks didn't show due to the nasty conditions. Those of us who did make it had a wonderful time. Hope to see you at some point in the near future. Have a joyous holiday!
Christa Gibson and Larissa McIntosh are planning to meet with anyone who's interested tomorrow night (Saturday the 27th) at Frickers by the Dayton mall. Please feel free to join and invite anyone else you know of. We will ariive around 6:30pm. Hope to see you there!
Sad news....Matt Bombick's dad, Al, passed away unexpectedly December 24. Al was a great man and was not just Matt's dad, he was a friend to a lot of us. He enjoyed life, loved his family and was always good to all Matt's friends. We will miss his jokes, laughter and his smile.
Please keep Matt and his family in your thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.
Viewing will be on Monday at Anderson Funeral Home in Springboro from 5:00 to 9:00.
Thanks to everyone for their support, thoughts, prayers, and time in celebrating my father's life. I was touched by many people in many ways. These tough times should allow us to remember the friendships we've forged and how similar they are to an extended family.
The world is a better place in that Al Bombick spent time with us and touched so many of our lives.
My father, my friend, my hero; my dad. I love him so much, and again want to thank so many of you for your support.
Hello to all! Sorry I missed all the activities over the holiday season, things kept popping up in my life that needed my full attention... Thanks for the b day wish Cathy. I still have not bought a digital camera yet, oh well, probably would use it wrong anyway lmao... What about a 4th of July get together? That is on a saturday if I remember right. Most if not all of us will be off work then... I can assure you all that the fireworks I have the ability to purchase are out of this world! Last year at my dads get together I spent about 700 dollars lol! Crazy, yes, maybe, but it was one helluva kabang lol! Fireworks, I have that covered, dont worry. If anyone has the space, neighbors blessing, ect ect, I am willing and able to light up the night lol! Just dont expect me to bring a dish lol, all I can make is some burnt toast lmao...
I'm thinking perhaps we could light the fireworks now. Not only would it help dispel the dreary Ohio winter, but it might provide some much welcome warmth as well! Hope this note finds you in good spirits and good health. Laura
It's been a while since I posted here, so i figured I would drop by and say Hi to everyone.
I noticed there hasn't been any posts in the last two months, where'd everybody go?
Did y'all run out of things to talk about?
I'm sorry I couldn't make it to the big 20 reunion. I had a few problems I had to take care of here at home (dead truck - sorry you missed the funeral). If you decide to have another get together this summer, I will try my best to make it this time.
To give you an idea of what to expect when you see me again, just take a look at my Senior year picture and add 20 years to my face. I'm still ugly, still skinny(well, not as skinny), a little less hair, a few more wrinkles. I used to be probably the quietest kid in school. Well, marriage and two boys and some insane in-laws have pretty much changed that. I still have trouble talking to crowds, but I'm no where near as shy as I was in school.
Well I guess I'm through rambling on about myself. Just thought I'd check in and tell everyone Hi.
I'll be coming to town June 8-9. My neice is graduating from High School, so we're coming up for that. You know it seems like yesterday that she was just born. I can still see her running around in diapers, but nows she's graduating! Man am I getting that old?
