Thank you everyone for a fabulous night! Lots of old memories were shared and lots of new ones made. It was wonderful to see so many old friends again--the night went by far too fast!!!

I had a great time, I really enjoyed seeing everyone and re-connecting.

I can't believe we started at 5:30 and went to 2:00 (some of us until 4:00). It was like a wedding how time flies.

Thanks everyone that organized. Thanks Nicole for contacting so many people! Thanks Sean O'Neill and Mary Joyal for your speeches. Dean Ethier, thanks for all the computer work with the photos and also for the hospitality to me personally. Donna Girard and Mary Tworek thanks for doing shooters with me (sort of, hey Mary?).

Debbie Langois, Andrea Chiasson, Heather Laderoute, it was great partying late with you, just like old times. Cheryl Stevenson, let’s do something in Van sometime. Todd Marsh, great idea on the Friday night drinks, it was good to see you and Shelly (or should I say Dianne Fraser). Let me know when you're coming to town. Brent Bellerose, Aaron Shelemy, Don Waters and Chris Neumann, thanks for telling me some Dan Hebert stories (some of which I didn't know).

Thanks Heather Gillis for hair one more time. Thanks everyone for the conversations - Marilyn Shappy, Norm Bizon, Maria Zmatlo, Gary Berbanek, Jackie Grinnell, Rose Wolff, Mike Richmond just to name a few.

Let’s do it again, but not for a while ;-)

The committee members are to be congratulated for a successful silver anniversary reunion. I commend the organization of the program, and thank Nicole for providing a memorial table for Paul, Robert and Michele. I welcome their parents as our guests.

Thanks for all the laughs and great conversation at the 25th. Wonderful to see everyone looking so good after all these years. Also a great big thank you to the lovely ladies, Michelle Barton (McCoy) and Barb Lawrence (Letendre) who greeted us with a big smile at the door and reacquainted us with our grad pics. Thanks ladies, greatly appreciated. Until we all meet again take care of yourselves.

It was great to see you all as you came in the door and play the guess that person game. I have to admit Barb was much better at it than I. Everyone looked absolutely great which only goes to prove we are like wine and only get better with age. Thanks to the committee for all your hard work and for all the people I shared laughs and memories with that night. It was unfortunate that the time went very fast and I guess I can't stay up as late as I used to. I hope people will keep in touch on the website.

It was wonderful to see everyone again and to catch-up with lost friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you... to Nicole, Mary, Debbie, Heather and Dean for your dedication to this event and hosting this great 'blast from the past' bash.

Hi everyone, the messages seem to be so consevative lately. I want to send a special thank you to all the girls I had a secret crush on during high school (who shall remain nameless), all of you looked amazing at the reunion. and for those of you who did not remember me, I can't say that I blame you. Cheers and keep the reunion page humming!

Hi (y)all,

What a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, rediscover old friends and make some new ones! It brought back memories of a time when life was a little simpler.
Thanks to all who came. What a fantastic turnout! I did dearly miss friends that are no longer with us and those that couldn't make it.
Hopefully all of the good Kharma from the evening will stay with each of us for a long time.
Thank you to Nicole and the other organizers for a job well done.

I haven't been able to post the photos I took to the "reunion pics", so I uploaded them to my own profile on the website so I could share them with everyone. I hope you enjoy them.

Signed,
the obnoxious guy who kept sticking a camera lens in your face all night.

Like Norman, I added three of my reunion photos to my profile. I'm not posting photos of our late former classmates to respect their dignity and legacy, and for not having them available for posting.

Hey Class of 83

Regrets on not being able to make the party......I got trumped by a busy family dance card?

Let try and do it again before another 25yrs passes by. My vote is for a pub night every 5 years - by sounds of this blog "The Inn" might be a good spot to gather.

Take care, Gerome

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2009 to y'all!
The reunion allowed us to get re-acquainted with others and fill in the blanks in our lives. For those who didn't make it, you are not forgotten and were missed.
Until our paths cross again ...

These are people I remember from day one. Their education history was not tracked, only their names were known when I created the message.

Likewise, sorry that I am unable to attend.  I hope that everyone has a good time and, in particular, that Bruha shows up since he previously proposed a party at the Inn in 2013.

It was a worthwhile journey being among the fifteen former classmates who reminisced at the St. Albert Inn this past Saturday. I saved this fitting poem from the event, copied it and gave the copy to Michele's parents before I returned home. Along the walk, I traveled familiar routes from my residency and saw the many changes to Grandin since my tenure in Jasper in 1985.

I lived in St. Albert for 18 years, in Jasper for 6-1/2 months before moving to Calgary where I've been for 28 years. I look forward to remaining here until my final rest.
