Colleen Ennis (1984)

Missing a good friend!  I'm writing and I can just hear his voice thundering when he says "Colleen!" and smiles....just hailing me when he walked by my Office in the days to get to his, whether it was morning, luch time or evening time!!!

I can picture him now ... used to be laden with his big Attache Case, Gleaner, Lunch bag, Walking Stick, Umbrella, Jacket..his Mafia (dark) Glasses, Pipe and All..or just heard his peals of laughter ringing through the air on the 5th Floor of The Gleaner Company where we both worked "back in the days".

Interestingly, he was The Human Resources Manager who interviewed me in 1993 and man, was I made to feel comfortable that day!

I did not know him before then...but I was quite intrigued when he told me all the stories of SMHS and Free Hill, the district in St. Mary in which I lived back in the days...and where he used to conduct church business. ..... small world I tell you!

Precious memories!!
