Brad passed away on February 12, 1992, at the age of 37, at Mease Hospital Dunedin. He was born in St. Petersburg and was a life-long resident of Pinellas County,

Survivors (at that time) were his wife, Debra; son, Marc, Clearwater; his mother, Clarice and father, Harold, who lived in St. Petersburg, his sister, Sherry Stang, Palm Harbor and a brother, William, Boca Raton.
