Two years later, I got married and had 3 lovely children, two daughters and a son. I am now the proud grandmother of 6 granddaughters ages 13 to 26. I am a widow, having lost my husband suddenly 14 years ago. After 30 years of nursing, I decided to open my own childcare nursery school program, which was in operation for 23 years. I am currently on the teaching staff at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center. I enjoy gardening very much. I am also working on several children’s books in my spare time that I would love to see published.
