Bertha M Reynaud, 71, of 111 Highview Drive, Winchester died Thursday Nov 4 at her home. She was the wife of Anthony B. Reynaud. Born in Stamford Aug. 14, 1933 she was the daughter of the late Paul and Bertha Gasiewski. She moved to the Torrington area in 1974.
She and her husband owned A&B Amusements, operating 16 movie theaters including The Warner Theater and Parkade Cinema in Torrington and Strand Theater in Winsted. They later owned The Winsted Convenience Store and Value Mart in Torrington, retiring in 1999. She was a member of several leagues at Sky Top Bowling Lanes.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Brenda 
Davis and her husband Robert of Winsted, Cindy Fox of Watertown, and Mary Anne Sok and her husband Ron of Torrington, and she also leaves two sons, Anthony J. Reynaud and his wife Suzanne of Harwinton and John Reynaud of Las Vegas NV, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren and a sister Eleanor Setti of Norwalk and three brothers in Stamford.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday Nov. 8 at 9:30 from Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Ave Torrington to Saint Maron's Church for a Mass at 10 AM. 
Burial will follow at Winchester Center Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
