Aurelia Victoria Brown, 81, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 30, 1933 in Stamford, CT., daughter of the late John Williams and Hattie Payne Williams. Aurelia was married to the late Ernest Brown. Her memory will be cherished by two sons; Brian Brown (Shamone) and Steven Brown (Wanda), four grandchildren; Steven Jr., Brynisha, Rozlynn and Sean, one great grandchild; Khole, one sister; Lottie James and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her son Kenneth Brown. Visitation will take place on Monday, April 13, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM followed by a service of celebration at 11:00 AM at Bethel AME Church, 150 Fairfield Ave. Stamford, CT. with Rev. LeRoy Ladson, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park. Services entrusted to Downer Funeral Home.
