I hope you all have a wonderful time. I’ve lived in Florida for almost 39 years. I miss a lot of things about the north but in spite of the hurricane season, I love it here. I live on Lake Okeechobee in a small town called Pahokee, which means “grassy waters.” It’s a farming community and everybody knows everybody. It’s known for growing sugar cane and vegetables. I worked for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft for 20 years, retiring about 15 years ago. Now I just enjoy life and try to keep healthy. I do come to Connecticut once in a while. I hope you all are happy and in good health too.
