Andrew John Zboray, Jr. (Buzzy, Andy), age 83, died on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 in New Port Richey, Florida. Born in Stamford, Connecticut Oct. 6, 1933, to Theresa Marie Zboray (Dagostino) and Andrew John Zboray. Andy entered the military in 1954 serving 4 years in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. He proudly shared his service with his children which he saw as one of his proudest achievements in life. In 1959, he married Maria Marta Piselli and raised 4 children in Stamford, and later, Newtown, Connecticut. Family outings to Lake Quassapaug and day road trips were a family staple. Andy loved cars and spent much of his life buying, selling and repairing cars. He moved to sunny Florida in 1990, only to return North from time to time to be with his children and grandchildren.
Andy is survived by his partner Patsy Bond; sisters, Theresa (Boots), Barbara, Diane and brother Frank; the mother of his children, Maria Ramsey and children AnnMarie Rhyne (Rob), Lisa Lahey (Brian), Mike Zboray and Andrew Zboray (Lindsay Webb), grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kimberly, and KellyAnn Rhyne, Eilon and Tobiah Zboray and Alden Zboray.
