Women's Weekend Registration

Women of C E Donart/Stillwater High School

Has it been too many days, weeks, months, and years since you've last put away your troubles and set off for a few days away with your most beloved girlfriends? Well, it's time to reunite, reminisce, and make new memories together.

It’s time for Adventures in Osage County.

Let’s begin by meeting at the Tulsa Botanic Garden with a box lunch and tour of the most amazing gardens in the country.  Then off to our beautiful lodge for a relaxing get together with appetizers and drinks.  Bring photos and yearbooks from high school, but most importantly, bring pictures of your family to share.  The Lodge, www.postoaklodge.com, made from gorgeous Oklahoma sandstone, feature a two-story, post-and-beam construction with a porch running across the front and down both sides of the lodge.  18 Queen Rooms with private baths.

Ten rooms upstairs, eight rooms downstairs- each with a single queen bed per room.  Guests enter through the spacious first floor shared space featuring soft leather furniture.

Shared space includes two 4-top tables, a poker table, shuffleboard and a pool table. The shared kitchenette includes a large refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. Two more common spaces are on the second floor, one with a flat screen T.V.

Friday evening, we will head to McGill’s on 19, located on the top floor of the Hard Rock Hotel. With an upscale menu, expanded wine offerings and a breathtaking panoramic view unequaled in the state of Oklahoma, it truly is the ultimate fine-dining experience (according to their website).

After dinner, everyone will be on their own to play games or listen to music at Hard Rock Casino or head to downtown Tulsa for nightlife or just head back to the Executive Lodge for more comradery.

Saturday morning, we’ll have breakfast at 8:30 am and then off to Broken Arrow to explore the Farmer’s Market and the historic Rose District.  After lunch at Main Street Tavern in Broken Arrow, we’ll head to Terry and Sherri Hadley Finch's home for a pool party. Dinner will be at Hideaway Pizza on Cherry Street . After dinner, we'll head back to the Executive Lodge for Movie Night at The Lodge: 80 for Brady and more comradery.

Unfortunately, Sunday brings a close to our incredible adventure with breakfast at 9:00 am and checking ou of the Lodge at 11 am.

      • Your career as a writer is blossoming, and your beautiful, young fiancée is waiting to get married and rush off to Cancun by your sideā€•so what is your natural reaction? Well, if you’re a man, it’s probably to get nervous and start calling up old girlfriends. And so begins a single man’s odyssey through four hotel rooms as he flies across the country in search of the perfect woman (whom he’s already broken up with). Some Girl(s) is from Neil Labute, American theater’s great agent provocateur. In grand LaBute fashion, this outrageously funny and deadly serious portrait of the artist as a young seducer casts a truthful, hilarious light on a typical young American male as he wanders through the heart of darkness that is himself.

  • Hopefully, the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame will be open and have a jazz session Sunday afternoon.
