40 Year Class Reunion

Event Details

Friday:

12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Registration at the Holiday Inn. 

5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Appetizer Welcome Party at Guy and Wanda Cooper’s House, 7221 W 19th Ave.  Bring your own appetizer to share and whatever you want to drink.  Remember to bring chairs.  Iced tea and water supplied by the class.

10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., Community room at Holiday Inn.  Come and go.  Visit with classmates, full cash bar and restaurant available.

10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., On Your Own.  

Saturday:

10:00 a.m., Tour of the High School

Noon to 5:30 p.m., on your own

5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Dinner and Dance at Tumbleweed Dance Hall for Class of 1980.  Rib Crib will cater this event. Cost is $63.50/person.  Registration for the dinner closes July 22, 2021.

7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Class Review, Presentation and Show for Class of 1980.  

8:00 p.m. to midnight, Open Tumbleweed Dance Hall to all classes of Stillwater High School. Cost is $16/person/online, $20/person/at the door.

Sunday:

9:00 a.m. Brunch/Breakfast at Holiday Inn or on your own.  Cost is on your own.

Hotel Information:

The two hotels that are giving the class discounts are Holiday Inn, $85/night, 715 S Country Club Rd., Stillwater, OK 74074 P: 405.372.2445 and Atherton Hotel at OSU, $109.95/night , H-103 Student Union, Stillwater, OK 74078, 405-744-8450, www.athertonhotelatosu.com.  Both hotels each are holding the rooms under C.E. Donart Class of 1980.  Both hotels are holding at least 10 rooms each night for both Friday and Saturday nights until 30 days before reunion.
