PHOENIX — William F. "Will" Morstatter, 63, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Streator, passed away Feb. 20 at The Hospice of the Valley Gardiner Home in Maricopa County in Phoenix.

No services took place. Winterrowd Funeral Home in Streator assisted the family. Burial is in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at Phoenix.

Will was born Oct. 5, 1948, in Decatur, to William Frederick and Frances (Powell) Morstatter.

He is survived by his brother, Howard (Esther) Morstatter of Manville.

Will was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Barbara Ann Morstatter in infancy and Patricia Gallagher; and brother, Don Morstatter.

He served in the Army during Vietnam.

He attended Oakland Grade School, Northlawn Junior High School and Streator High School.
