
STREATOR — Marilyn T. Miller, 67, of Streator, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be at noon Monday, Sept. 28, at Solon-Telford Funeral Home, Streator. The Rev. Mary McQuilkin, of Ransom United Methodist Church, will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Monday at Solon-Telford Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Streator.
Born Aug. 16, 1948, in Streator, she was the daughter of Domenic and Cecelia (Rizzo) Baietto. She married William R. Miller in 1984. He survives in Streator.
She also is survived by a brother, Thomas J. Baietto, of Streator, and an aunt, Mary Rizzo, of Streator.
She was preceded in death by her parents and uncles, Joseph Rizzo and Joseph Baietto.
Born and raised in Streator, she attended Streator schools and graduated from Streator High School, Class of 1966. She later attended nurses training at St. Mary's Hospital.
She had worked as a licensed practical nurse at Methodist Hospital in Peoria. She was affiliated with Ransom United Methodist Church in Ransom.

I remember Marilyn as being so sweet and kind to me every time I had the chance to be around her....she was always smiling and extended a positive and happy attitude making those around her feel the warmth and kindess of her sweet spirit......my heart is sadden by her passing .... she will be missed!!!!!!!!!
