Mr. Alan Lorrell Klein
January 11, 1953 - December 19, 2017
Alan was born on January 11, 1953 in Lebanon, OR to parents Alex and Priscilla Beatrice(Albee) Carr and entered into eternal rest on December 19, 2017 at the age of 64. His family and friends knew Alan as "Al". He graduated from Sunnyside High School in Washington. Al served in the United States Navy and retiring after 20 years of service. He was employed as a truck driver for 20 years; 15 of that being with ACME Brick. Al married Terri on August 20, 2005. He had a great sense of humor, and was very spontaneous. Al was a family man, always caring and loving. Enjoyed being with his family and friends. He loved the Beatles, and was a huge Seahawk's fan. His favorite place to be was Athens Bowling Center. Al was an avid bowler, but in his younger days he played softball, football and wrestling. He loved all fall sports. Al was a loving husband and father, brother and friend, who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Al was preceded in death by his mom Priscilla Carr, stepdad Alex Carr, wife Sue Klein and brother Jack Reynolds.
He is survived by his wife Terri Klein of Scurry, children Mary (Todd) Frank, Beth (Josh) Riel and Jacob (Kathleen) Klein of Yakima, Washington. Theresa Klein of Texas, Robert Klein of Pennsylvania and Jayce Satterfield Klein of Texas, stepchildren Lorna Garner, Brandi (Lindsey) Davis, Kori Satterfield and Katherine Satterfield of Texas, sisters; Mary Klein, Patty Skinner of Washington, Trudy (Jim) Gruber of Alaska and seven grandchildren, other loving family members and many more friends.

Corey and Alan were friends and on the wrestling team together, not only in high school, but at YVC also. Wife Ann and Alan were neighbors growing up. We've mentioned Alan through the years and we always agreed that Alan was a good and gentle guy. May our Lord welcome you to your reward Alan.
