Marques Hunter Just saw the official date. While I would've preferred a summer date — which to me made more sense since we'll actually be in the 2010 school season — I'm definitely looking forward to seeing a lot of the T-birds from the C/O 1999, the best graduating class of the millenium :)

Anthony Miller Oh, something else... There are a ton of T-Birds who are not signed up on here who have active profiles on myspace or facebook. Marques and I did a little drunken research one night. Something to think about, you might wanna resend some emails about this website. Just a thought.

Jessica Larson Hey Tony! I have some pictures on my facebook in my “Tacoma Fun” album if you want to look at them. I found out that Saweth is much better than Amber and I at pool or maybe we were just having an off night. We had a couple T-birds show up from later grad years as well as a few from our 99 class. All in all, I had a great time even with the small group!

Jessica Larson Tok and I were thinking about skipping June, but if we get people really wanting one, we can put one together no problem. Just let us know. We had 7 MT folks at the last one and it was a lot of fun :). We played pool all night. Jake was making some crazy shots and Kevin jumped a ball!

Jessica Larson Yes! We will be having a potluck/BBQ this summer, but nothing has been finalized yet. Sorry, life has been taking up my time, but I know this event is important to everyone so we’ll work on lining up a location and date soon! I agree on Manitou Park.... I gotta know atleast the final date yall pick for the BBQ so I can try and get some cheap plane tickets...if such a thing exists. If I wait too long to buy plane tickets I will be paying 300+ per ticket and I can't afford that. No rush Jessica but I really wanna come to the BBQ because I think I am not gonna be able to make the reunion. Thanks Bunches

Tofu Jon Asaeli Saweth, is that a rhetorical question? Hahaha - Manitou does sound like the PERFECT spot, but unfortunately, there are rental costs associated with that. Regardless, we'll keep ya'll updated!

Terry Coltrain Tofu, What about Cirque Park in University Place. It only cost $35 to rent the park Shelter for 4 hours? They have a big toy for the kids, a skate park, and a couple of baseball fields to maybe have a softball game or a soccer field. Just a thought. C/O 99 Saving the Best for Last

We have no class funds for this event and we are not planning to charge anything to attend. We just have to make sure everyone brings something. We will post a list of the general items we need and have folks pick something from the list. Of course, people are welcome to bring whatever they want, but we just have to have the basics covered. We want to keep this as low key as possible, but also want to avoid everyone bringing potato salad with no plates or hamburgers with no buns. That sort of thing. We'll have more info for you all soon!!

Matthew Bate Just wanted to post a note to say hey to everyone. I wish I could make it to these sweet gatherings, but unfortunately, I'm a little occupied for the next few months. Hopefully, in the next year or so, when I finally pass through Tacoma again, I can see some of you guys.

Matthew Bate Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the reunion in October either. Apparently, the Army thinks Afghanistan is more important. Have a drink for me though. It would have been great to be able to attend.
