It is so heartbreaking to hear of Randy's passing.  He was a good friend in high school and I did visit him a couple of times at UCLA, but then we lost touch.  We saw each other at several of the TCHS reunions, but I kick myself for not continuing to keep in touch.  I was really thankful that Randy organized the tour of the high school (day before our reunion dinner at Santa Anita).  Plus, Helen and I sat with him at the dinner and talked over both old times and what we were presently doing.  He mentioned his painting endeavors and I meant to contact him about getting some of them.  He will be sorely missed, but stays strong in my memories.

So sad to hear of Randy's passing.  I remember him from as far back as Emperor.  He was the smartest kid in class and always had a kind and gentle confidence about him.  He was what I like to call an "old soul"; much more mature in interest than most boys his age.  My heart goes out to his wife and family.  Rest well kind sir.

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Randy. I am glad I was able to see him again at the reunion. I have fond memories of classes with Randy, especially math!!!  Randy was such a nice person- I would call him a friend.

I would like to send my condolences to Randy's wife and family. Praying for you during this time.
