He was a good friend and so much fun. Tommy's early death was for many of us a life lesson to live to the fullest because you do not know what tomorrow will bring.
Tommy was a great guy and I still remember hearing the report on the radio the morning after. Dopey and I sat in his driveway earlier in the evening talking to him. What a tragedy--we all loved Tommy. still do..
Tommy and I were such good friends at Jr. High and my mother adored him and worried about him constantly. He was always a daredevil, always smiling, and was in perpetual motion. I think of him frequently knowing how much he would love the visits and re-visits that everyone has done. No doubt he and Dopey would have been the center of the party! I remember doing home work at Tommy James' home just down the street from where I lived. He was a character, but one of the nicest friends I had. It was a very tragic day hearing of his death. He will be missed.
It seems like only a short time ago. I remember the officer being devistated over the accident.

My most memories of Tommy James was in Jr. High at Blocker with his duck-tail haircut. He was "tuff!" What a great loss!Sandra Kay Rogstad (Rabon)
