Children/grandchildren: 3 sons, 1 stepson, 1 daughter, 1 stepdaughter , 6 grandchildren

I graduated from WU, married/divorced Ron Berkholtz. At our 20th THS reunion, classmate Bill Lee and I re-met and married the following year...also divorced later. I moved to CA the fall of 2012. Moved back to Colorado, August, 2019.
Do you have a favorite School Story:

I boast to people about how beautiful THS is. I so remember having swimming in the morning in my PE class and going the rest of the day with 'swim' hair. What fun it was to yell, "Sophomore," when someone dropped their tray in the cafeteria. I also remember tripping/falling while going up the stairs and dropping all my books...how embarrassing. Pep assemblies, skits (Little People), game days were great fun. Basketball games in our fabulous gym with boys and girls pep clubs cheering up in the stands making up the T formation. How cool was that! And the Varsities and WPA dances.... No other school could have provided us with such wonderful memories. I remember the trumpets being played in the halls when Kennedy died. Unforgettable.

Not be so shy around boys.

Anything else we should know?

Youngest son, Alex, is severely autistic. He's nonverbal. He was slowly becoming more and more aggressive during the last 8 yrs I was taking care of him ..he even broke my nose. State services finally kicked in to help. When he was almost 20 he moved into a LOVING single family host home. (a necessary move for him and a CRITICAL move for me) He's on meds which help to some extent but sometimes things still don't go well. He's in a safe place, though, with this family, which gives me some piece of mind. I strive to accept ''what is'' with a positive attitude.

Hi Annette!
So nice to hear from you. I apologize for my delay in getting back to you. The day I got you message I started a reply and then had to stop and THEN I couldn’t find what I’d written. THEN I couldn’t even find your message. I’m not too good on this site, obviously! Time went by .... and finally I writing you. I would love to meet up with you sometime. It’s been 3 weeks since my things arrived and I’m still not settled.... running around buying and retiring things I need for my apartment, all the while trying not to lose my receipts. When things settle down for me I will definitely get in touch with you. I look forward to seeing you??.
