Herb Ratzlaff passed away on December 24, 2008 at the age of 60 after a 10 year battle with prostate cancer.  He always stayed positive, smiling and friendly.   He did not want a service but wanted all his friends and family to get together at some point in time and have a HUGE party just for him.   His family had a large party/celebration of his life about six months after his death with many of his friends in attendance.
