Married? kids? Yes, 2 beautiful children!
Yes! Attending Reunion
Whatcha been up to?

Finished college, began working, had my daughter (who is now 5 1/2), got married, built a house, had my son (who is now 2 1/2)! All in that order too. What did you expect? I like to do things differently, in my own way, not according to any books or rules. Yes, some things never change! But on the other hand, I guess my life has changed pretty significantly. I never thought I could love two little kids as much as I do! I absolutely love being a mom and think there's nothing better in this world. My kids have helped me grow up (alot!) and become a very giving, unselfish person. For all of you that don't have kids, get going! You have no idea what you're missing. Every day is an exciting adventure and you never know what's going to come up. But I like it that way and couldn't imagine being any happier.

Memories

I have so many that are still as clear as day to me and it would be impossible to list them all. I miss all of my old friends, especially Kristian, Liz, Jen, Gio! We still keep in touch, but when you move away and life goes on, it's never the same as it was 10 years ago.

What you miss about High School:

FREEDOM! God, we never knew how good we had it! No bills, mortgages, car payments, or big responsibilities. Our main concerns were where the weekend parties were going to be, getting beer (and cigarettes -yes, I kicked that nasty habit when I was pregnant, YUCK!), finding something to do on Friday night, and making sure we graduated. Life was really good!

What you don't miss:

Studying, tests, gossip, certain teachers that really irritated the hell out of me, trying to compete with other people. I'm very happy now just being me!

If you could say one thing to all your THS 1999 Classmates what would it be?

I hope that everyone is doing well for themselves and are finding themselves happy. That is the most important thing, above all!

If you could say one thing to all your old teachers what would it be?

"Take a Look At Me Now!" no, I'm not conceited or think I am the most wonderful thing. But, I do feel as though I grew up alot. I definitely used to be a little rebel/smart ass in my day, but I did a complete turn around. I'm still loud, outgoing, and fun, I just have limits! I need to be a good role model/mom for my kids.

Most significant thing to happen to you in the last 9 yrs:

Getting married and having kids. I love having my own family. I have a wonderful husband, who I met at college, and the most beautiful kids in the world (I know everyone thinks their kids are the cutest, but mine really are, I'll put some pics on!) Now that they're getting a little older, we have been traveling to alot of places with them. I love trips and family vacas!

Would you say you've changed a lot since graduation?

Yes and No. Like I said, some things never change. There's that wild/adventurous side of me that will always be the same, but now I'm just a more mature version of that.
