Dianne Pickering Hosterman

Husband Rich retired on May 1st, 2009. I am trying to teach him to cook and have dinner on when I get home from work! No success yet. Anyone have any suggestions?
I love my position at City Mission and have taken on considerably more responsibility each year. My other passion is the volunteer work I do in the Hoosick Area Church Assoc. as Executive Director, and volunteer tax preparer. Our Pantry provided 37,719 meals to 4191 individuals in 2010 and in 2011 prepared free tax returns for over 200 low to middle income families in the Hoosick area.

Graduated from HVCC 1964, LA-Humanities
Worked for Montgomery Ward 30 years as merchandiser; Asst. store manager; Field Logistics Human Resource/Business Manager;Operations Manager.
Left Wards in 1999 and entered Southern Vt. College in Bennington-graduated 2001 Business Management
Have been working at the City Mission of Schenectady since 1999 in Accounting Dept. doing bookkeeping and human resources. Executive Director for the Hoosick Area Church Association managing a multipurpose site which houses our Food Closet, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance site and other ministries.(We purchased our building in December of 2008 after 40 years in the basement of a local church)
