John Robert Pedley, 60, passed away in Rochester, Minnesota, on July 6, 2013.  He was born in Los Angeles, California to Robert Morgan Pedley and Kathleen Cone Pedley.   He was survived by his wife, Wendy Lou, and three children, as well as his mother, who died in 2014 in Tucson.  John received a BA Degree and at the time of his death was an Ammunition Manager for the US Army.
